How to Keep Your Rose Bouquet Fresh

Do you want your rose bouquet to last longer? Well, we have some great tips for you! After purchasing a rose bouquet, a great place to start is with the stems. You want to trim the stems about 3-5cm for the flower to be able to absorb water easier and rehydrate quicker. Next, you’ll want to remove any leaves that fall below the water line in your vase because as leaves fall off, they can attract disease into the water. Another tip is to remove damaged or bruised rose petals as it will help your flower bloom to its fullest. As far as storage, you should ideally keep your roses in a cool place away from direct sunlight to avoid dehydration.

Our rose floral arrangements come with a vase and pre-cut stems, so you just want to maintain the leaves and petals.

  • White: The white rose is the epitome of purity, innocence, and sympathy. These blooms are a popular choice for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonial occasions. Whether you want to celebrate a marriage or give your thoughts and prayers during a time of mourning, a white rose bouquet is an essential gift.
  • Pink: Pink roses symbolize gratitude, grace, and joy, offering an air of gentleness compared to their bright red counterparts. A pink rose bouquet is a perfect option to say “Thank you”, “Happy birthday” or “I’m thinking of you” to a friend or loved one.
  • Yellow: Yellow roses are a symbol of friendship and caring. Gifting a cheerful yellow rose bouquet conveys warmth and affection to someone you care about
