Return/Substitution Policy

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Hence, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Flowers:

Please report any issues within 48 hours of receipt to your local Forest of Flowers shop. Our team will gladly send a new arrangement to your recipient and offer to pick up the unsatisfactory arrangement. If you are still not satisfied with the product, please let us know. We will be happy to pick up the item and refund your purchase price. Any flowers must be returned in the same container in which they were received, if applicable.

Plants:

Please report any issues within 7 days of receipt. Our team will gladly send a new plant to your recipient and pick up the unsatisfactory product. If you still are not satisfied, we will be happy to pick up the item and refund your purchase price. Plants must be returned in the same container in which they were received.

Gourmet or Gift Basket Products:

Please report any issues within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will pick up the product and issue a refund of your purchase price once it is received back in the shop. Fruits, cakes, and gourmet products must be returned in the same state as received, with all products intact and in the same container or basket.
