1. Start with a sparkling clean vase to keep your flowers happy and healthy. Rinse it out and let it air dry. Avoid towel-drying since they might harbor bacteria that can shorten your bouquet's lifespan.
2. Fill your vase two-thirds with lukewarm water and sprinkle in the flower food provided. After the initial day, just top off the water instead of swapping it out, so your flowers continue to feast on the nutrients.
3. Strip any leaves that'll be underwater to prevent decay. Spotted some outer petals looking a bit worse for wear on your roses? Those are just guard petals, and you can pluck a few off to uncover the pristine petals beneath.
4. Give those stems a fresh cut of about an inch, at a 45-degree angle, to help them drink up more water. Varying stem lengths add depth and dimension to your arrangement.
5. Change the water every couple of days to keep things clean and clear. Flowers, like us, thrive on hydration but not on stale water.
6. Avoid direct sunlight, which can shorten your flowers' showtime. Keep them in a cool spot to extend their beauty.
7. Pluck any wilted flowers to keep them from spreading mold to their neighbours.
8. Keep your bouquet away from drafts and heat sources. Stability in temperature and airflow keeps them looking their best.

• Sunday: 11 am - 3 pm (Note: Stratford, St. Catharines & Grimsby are closed on Sundays.)

Our flowers are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Flowers in vases are carefully placed in boxes, adorned with cello, decorative tissue, and ribbon, accompanied by care instructions for an effortless gifting experience. Meanwhile, bouquets are wrapped with a moisture-retaining pack, ensuring they stay hydrated, and are complemented with decorative tissue and ribbon for easy vase placement.
